IENE-636 The Complaint Handler’s Naked Apology

When a woman arrives to address a complaint, her initial condescending attitude suggests she views the situation as trivial. However, the tables turn dramatically when her own error is brought to light, creating an unexpected opportunity for the person she initially dismissed.
